Traditional Kitchens Kilkenny
Traditional Kitchens are classy and elegant. They are all about the small details and individual charters. It usually is made from natural materials like wood, often painted with muted coloured to appear aged and welcoming. One of the core fundamentals of traditional kitchens is raised panel cabinets which adds dimensions and details to the kitchen. Mouldings can also be applied throughout the kitchen to add another layer of depth and match the overall style of the cabinets. Kitchen design trends come and go but traditional kitchens will always remain popular because of their class and elegance.
Contemporary Kitchens
Contemporary kitchens unlike traditional are minimalistic. They are warm and stylish. The kitchen design features clean lines and full overlay cabinets where little or none of the door frame shows, making the layout appear seamless.
Door styles dominate in contemporary kitchens design s are slab front and shaker-style. Accessories such as handles can be added to the cabinet doors but some designs omit any such hardware to maintain a minimalistic clean look in the room.
In-Frame Kitchens
Another style of kitchen is “in-frame”. This is where the doors and drawers of the cabinet is inset with in wooden frame giving a more seamless look. The inframe kitchen requires more work and takes greater cabinet making skills
